Contact
Write to us by email to report a changed rule, a wrong price or a problem with the tool.
There is no contact form and no phone line: email lets us answer properly, and we only keep your message as long as we need it (see the privacy page).
What to write about
- A rule has changed. Tell us the document and send the link to the official page that shows the new rule. We check it and update the document page.
- A price is wrong. Send the shop, the country and the link to the shop’s own price page.
- The tool does not work. Tell us the page, your device and browser (for example “iPhone 15, Safari” or “Windows, Chrome”), and what happened. A screenshot of the message helps; please crop out your photo.
- A document is missing. Tell us which passport, visa or ID card you need and the country.
What not to send
Please never send your photo, a scan of your passport, a passport or application number, or other personal documents. We do not need them, and we cannot tell you whether a passport or visa office will accept a particular photo; only that office can.
Before you write
- Many questions are answered on how it works and in each document page’s FAQ.
- For the status of an application, contact the passport or visa office that handles it. We are not a government office or an agency and cannot see applications.
